The original series of 26 yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises that Bikram made famous in the West changed a lot of lives.

The Agni Yoga Original 26+2 Hot Yoga series is based on the same ancient poses and breathwork, but adds decades of meditation, reflection, healing, and awareness to the original dialogue. 

This is a beginner’s level hot yoga series of 26 hatha poses and two breathing exercises. Simple, restorative, therapeutic, and hot. The temperature is set at 105 degrees, but it may be a little cooler by the window if you want to take it easy.

Sweat out toxins while you tone your body and strengthen your mind. The repetitive nature of this class allows students at all levels and ages to track their progress and elevate through consistent practice.

You’ll get all 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, but in less time shorter and less heat (95-98 degrees).

We’ll practice the floor series in flow, with corpse pose between sets. For example, we’ll flow through the kneeling postures without stopping, with a break between each set of the series rather than each posture. Come try it out!

This 60-minute class will introduce you to some new postures in a flowing progression.

This series is challenging, yet approachable. It invites students at all levels to participate.

The room is heated, but to a lower temperature than during the Original 26&2 hot yoga class — about 98-102 degrees.

The postures we explore in this class are derived from a broader sequence of 84 postures understood to have been traced back to Bishnu Gosh, younger brother of yogi Paramahansa Yogananda.

The Classic 84 postures also inspired the Original 26&2 series that Bikram Choudhoury made famous.

This 2-hour class explores the full sequence of 84 postures from the Bishnu Ghosh lineage — the foundation for the Original 26&2 series and many modern yoga styles.

The room is heated to a gentler 95-98 degrees.

You’ll flow through standing, balancing, backbending, and floor poses that build strength, focus, and flexibility. The pace is steady, the focus inward, and the feel meditative. Each posture connects you to the deeper roots of yoga and opens new awareness in movement and breath.

Recommended for more experienced students to expand their practice and experience yoga in a traditional, integrated form.
