The Agni Yoga the Original 26+2 Hot Yoga series is based on the same ancient poses, but adds decades of meditation, reflection, healing, and awareness to the original dialogue. Learn how to use these postures to change your body & your life.
A beginner-friendly practice at 105 degrees — simple, restorative, and therapeutic. The repetitive nature lets students at every level track their progress and grow through consistent practice. Cooler by the windows if you need it — we appreciate the microclimates.

You’ll get all 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, but in less time right here in SE Portland.
Practiced in flow, set to music.
We’ll practice the floor series in flow, with corpse pose between sets. For example, we’ll flow through the kneeling postures without stopping, with a break between each set of the series rather than each posture. Come try it out!

Every Thursday 6am in heart of Sellwood· Practiced in flow, set to music. Sometimes offered as a warm class as a substitution for vinyasa.
The postures in this class are drawn from the Classic 84 sequence traced back to Bishnu Ghosh, younger brother of yogi Paramahansa Yogananda — the same lineage that inspired the Original 26+2 series.
A 60-minute flowing progression at 98-102 degrees. Challenging yet approachable, open to all levels.
